I found IndustryInnovate Appliance Repair during a quick online search when my LG washer started acting up. You know how it goes, you throw in a load, but it's not spinning like it should. Anyway, I checked a couple of reviews and these guys seemed solid. Booking an appointment was smooth, and the tech came over the next day, which was pretty awesome.
The repair guy was on the ball. He showed up right on time and was super friendly, which is always a plus. He explained what was going on with my washer in simple terms, none of that tech jargon. Turned out, there was some issue with the drum, but he fixed it up in no time. It felt like the whole thing was done in a flash. Now, my LG machine works just like it did when I bought it.
